On this decadent 10 night Zimbabwe safari, you will be afforded the opportunity to visit the best of what this wild country has to offer. Two of the best National Parks, both renowned for unbeatable game viewing and superb environments, are featured in this itinerary; allowing you to witness the splendour of the bush. Hwange National Park boasts some of the largest elephant herds in the world, as well as, the rare roan antelope, buffalo and predators such as leopard, lion and hyena. Game walks and drives will bring guests up close and personal with these wild animals, while guides provide endless information and stories about the way this African environment works.
After Hwange, move onto Mana Pools National Park; a World Heritage Site and famous in the safari world - a must-see destination. Spend the next five nights enjoying canoeing, walking and driving safaris in this game-rich Park in 2 different camps, before moving onto the majestic Victoria Falls for the last 2 nights. A host of activities await you in Victoria Falls, with bungee jumping, white water rafting, a tour of the falls and sunset cruises to name a few.

Days 1 to 4 - Somalisa Camp , Hwange National Park
Upon arrival at Victoria Falls airport, you will be met and escorted to a charter flight that will whisk you directly to Somalisa in Hwange. This is where you will enjoy your first three nights on safari. Exceptional guiding starts at Somalisa and will continue throughout this safari.
Set in the heart of Hwange National Park, Somalisa Camp offers guests the perfect blend of old African charm and elegance. Tucked beneath an acacia island along the edge of an ancient seasonal flood plain, this camp has breathtaking views of the savannah plains of the famous Kennedy Vlei line.Each tent is stunning and overlooks the very active waterhole. Elephants are well known to visit the pool in the main area, even while you are in it!
Days 4 to 7 - Zambezi Expeditions , Mana Pools National Park
The legendary Mana Pools is known for its wildlife, rich flood plains and magnificent views of the Zambezi River. The river boasts some of Africa’s most amazing tiger fishing and adventure canoeing safaris, creating the perfect combination of beauty and fun and making this World Heritage site a must-visit National Park. Guests will be transferred to the Zambezi Expeditions Camp by light aircraft transfer after morning activities at The Hide, and so they embark on three days spent admiring the splendour of the Zambezi River.
The four twin-bed luxury mobile camp is set up prior to guests' arrival near the Zambezi River, providing the opportunity to canoe and fish, either from the river bank or off an island in the middle of the river. All tents have ensuite bathroom facilities that include flushing toilets and hot bucket showers, giving Zambezi Expedition Camp a luxurious camping reputation. A well-serviced mess tent with a dining and seating area forms part of the camp.
Day 7 to 9 - Kanga Bush Camp , Mana Pools National Park
After the morning adventure and a filling breakfast, guests will embark on a game drive through Mana Pools National Park to their next destination; Kanga Bush Camp. Located in a remote private concession, this luxury tented camp provides the perfect safari getaway where visitors can explore this game-rich area of mopane woodland and the Kanga Pan. The waterhole that Kanga Camp overlooks is the only source of refreshment for much of the wildlife in the area, and it attracts large concentrations of plains game and buffalo, as well as, lion, leopard and wild dog.
In truly spectacular fashion, this perfectly positioned camp accommodates its guests in six canvas meru-style tents, one of which is a family tent. Constructed on raised wooden decks, the lounge, dining and bar areas provide great elevated vantage points over the surrounding woodland and the busy waterhole. Beautifully lit outdoor bathrooms are adjoined individually to each tent, which offer guests a unique open-air showering experience. This is an undeniably fantastic destination from where to tour Mana Pools.
Day 9 to 11 - Victoria Falls Safari Lodge , Victoria Falls
After breakfast at Kanga Bush Camp, guests will be taken on a charter to Victoria Falls where they will spend their final night in Zimbabwe; at Ilala Lodge, which is the closest lodge to the Victoria Falls. There are plenty of adrenalin activities on offer to indulge the more adventurous guests, such as, thrilling white-water rafting, micro-lighting over the Falls, bungee jumping and much more.
Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is set high on a natural plateau, the westward facing Victoria Falls Safari Lodge borders the Zambezi National Park & is just four kilometers from the thundering Victoria Falls, Southern Africa's foremost attraction. Expect to actually see the "smoke" from the Falls, which is a wonderful and unique site, and a reminder of the thunderous power of this plummeting water. Many of the rooms at Victoria Falls Safari Lodge overlook the national park and the waterhole attracts animals to drink. Enjoy a vulture feeding experience daily as well as walks, the gardens and the pool deck.
Day 11 - Depart to Victoria Falls Airport
After breakfast and morning activities, guests are transferred back to Victoria Falls airport in time for their onward travel arrangements.
