Ikoma Hills
Ikoma Hills, a permanent lodge, opened in 2023 is situated in the heart of the Serengeti. The Grumeti River makes this location ideal for wildlife all year. This camp offers an eco-friendly safari as 100% of the power comes from solar, while all vehicles are electric and can conduct nocturnal safaris using lamps and a thermo-camera. Walking safaris are also offered and led by a skilled nature guide.
IKoma offers ten fully equipped tents that can be transformed into triples and a few tents may hold four beds. The interior design for each tent is refined and facilities include toilet (WC, shower, sinks), modest desk, and armchairs. Each tent comes with a terrace facing west that provides fantastic views. The main lodge features a restaurant, bar and swimming pool located a short distance away offering panoramic views across the plains. A cutting-edge photovoltaic system provides 24 hours of uninterrupted power.

This camp offers a variety of activities to make your stay memorable. Exciting game drives and walking safaris allows guests to see spectacular wildlife in a natural setting. Night drives are a popular option at Ikoma as the camp uses a thermos camera so to not disturb the surrounding wildlife.
