Lemala Mara Camp
Located in the best game viewing area of the Northern Serengeti, this elegant tented camp is located near Euclea trees in a remote area. The camp offers 8 luxury tents and is renowned for the annual Great Migration.
Lemala Mara Camp Highlights
Two of the largest crossing points on the Mara River are nearby and occasionally guests may observe the dramatic crossings from the comfort of the camp. Through June, July and August the wildebeest continue moving through the area, crossing and re-crossing the Mara River before going north towards the Masai Mara. The wildebeest may return due to weather changed influencing grazing patterns. Predators pick off the weakest game to attack and crocodiles feast as the herds cross the rivers. This is an unforgettable sight to see. Migration and predator action lasts up to the end of October. The landscapes of the park are amazing and there is wildlife all year round.
- The national park is well known for the Great Migration.
- One of the best ways to view the national park is with a hot air balloon.
- Guests can access Lamai Triangle, Wogakuria Kopjes and Kogatende airstrip from the camp.
