Day 1 to 4 - Shumba Camp , Kafue National Park
On arrival in Lusaka you will be fly on a small charter flight to Kafue National Park where you spend 4 nights at Shumba Camp on a fully inclusive basis. Found on a wooded island in the Busanga Plains, Shumba Camp has 6 luxury tents raised up on wooden decks to enjoy uninterrupted views of Kafue. Each tent has en suite facilities, a private sitting area and expansive deck.
The Busanga Plains teams with game viewing and has phenomenal lion pride sightings. Lions are often found around camp so you will not need to go far to view them. The area also have large herds of plains game like puku, red lechwe and more. Cheetah and Wild Dog are also found in Kafue.
Add on a magical hot air balloon experience while in camp.
Day 4 - Return to Lusaka
After breakfast you will fly back to Lusaka for your onward travel. You can also extend your trip into South Luangwa, Lower Zambezi and Livingstone.
