Spend 8 nights in unique lodges exploring 4 amazing areas in Namibia. This fly-in safari starts off exploring the NamibRand Nature Reserve with a full day trip to the Sossusvlei Dunes. Enjoy hot air balloon rides and spellbinding night skies in the NamibRand reserve. After 2 nights you will wing your way north, over the red sand dunes and then the Atlantic coastline. Spend 2 nights in the Hoanib Valley searching for desert-adapted giraffe, elephants, rhinos and lions. From Hoanib you will drive in a 4-wheel drive along the Hoanib River to the Skeleton Coast. The uniquely designed and awarded-winning Shipwreck Lodge is where you will spend 2 nights, while exploring the extended area. End off with 2 nights in the Etosha Heights Private Reserve, bordering Etosha National Park, famous for strong black and white rhino populations.

Day 1-3- Kwessi Dunes , NamibRand Nature Reserve
On arrival in Windhoek you will be met by your pilot for your first flight, south over the red dunes of Sossuslvei to the vast NamibRand Nature Reserve. Escape from the modern world with 2 nights in the desert, exploring Sossusvlei and the NamibRand, enjoying a walk, perhaps a hot air balloon ride and just taking in the rust red sand dunes around you.
Kwessi Dunes is a new lodge that is constructed of thatch and canvas. This airconditioned chalets have views across the desert. Each room has an ensuite bathroom and a 2nd outdoor shower. The best thing about Kwessi Dunes is a private “star-gazer” room. An enclosed but open to the skies bed where you can fall asleep under the magical starry sky.
Day 3-5- Hoanib Valley Camp , Hoanib River
You will board a light aircraft and head towards the Atlantic Ocean and Namibia’s coastline. Stop for lunch stop Swakopmund before flying north, along the Skeleton Coastline, where you can still see the shipwrecks that inspired this dramatic name. Bank inland towards the Hoanib Valley where you will spend 2 nights at the Hoanib Valley Camp searching for the famous desert adapted elephants and lions.
Hoanib Valley Camp is a small and intimate luxury camp run entirely on solar power, leaving a very small footprint. Each tent is en-suite with views over the stark landscape and takes inspiration from the local Himba people.
Day 5-7- Shipwreck Lodge , Skeleton Coast
You will set off in a safari 4x4 vehicle for a full day spectacular game drive to the Skeleton Coast. Follow the Hoanib river before reaching the coast and the welcome sea breeze. You will spend 2 nights at the truly unique Shipwreck Lodge. Activities include a visit to the seal colony nearby, with stops at shipwrecks along the way. Quad Biking and Sand boarding are also available, or just enjoy a picnic lunch on the beach!
Echoing the shipwrecks that dot the coastline around the lodge, each cabin has a wood burning stove and views over the beach. All are ensuite and blend into the surroundings beautifully.
Day 7-9- Safarihoek Lodge , Etosha Heights Private Reserve
After breakfast you will board a flight to Etosha and the private Etosha Heights Game Reserve. This part of the world enjoys regular sightings of the critically endangered black and white rhinos, along with a plethora of game including lions, hyenas, cheetah, elephant and various antelope species.
Stylish and luxurious, Safarihoek offers sweeping views over the Etosha landscape and the waterhole. Each chalet is on a platform with private deck, where the view is always front and centre. All are airconditioned and have en-suite bathrooms and mini bars.
Day 9- Return to Windhoek
After breakfast say good bye to Namibia and board a flight to Windhoek for your onward travel.
