Onguma The Fort Game Viewing and Activities
Onguma Game Reserve is situated on the eastern side of Etosha, bordering Fisher's Pan. Onguma Game reserve consists of more than 20 000 hectares of pristine wilderness and protected land. The nature reserve offers over 30 different animal species including plains game, kudu, giraffe, eland, oryx, hartebeest, zebra, impala and more. Predators are active in the area and include lion, cheetah and leopard. The reserve is also home to a family of black rhinos. The birdlife is prolific, especially during the summer months; the reserve has more than 300 bird species. Game drives are available in the Onguma Reserve and nature drives are also available into Etosha National Park.
