Ezulwini River Lodge is a luxury safari lodge situated in the northern area of Ezulwini in the Private Balule Game Reserve. The spectacular Olifants River, the largest in the Lowveld, flows through the area of Ezulwini. The area offers the ideal habitat for a variety of wildlife, characterised by riverine forests and large trees, some of the largest trees in South Africa can be found here. This area is home to hippos, crocodiles and elephants and ideal for keen bird watchers.

Ezulwini River Lodge Game Viewing and Activities
Balule Game Reserve offers incredible wildlife viewing and is home to the Big Five. Guests can choose between early morning game drives, a guided nature walk as well as an evening game drive. The bird-watching is phenomenal and evening game drives with a spotlight are a highlight. All game activities will be accompanied by experienced who will share their extensive knowledge and finer details of the bush. The reserve is home to the notorious Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo) including other plains game such as zebra, wildebeest and giraffe as well as other smaller wildlife species.
