Il N'gwesi Lodge
The award winning Eco-Lodge was built in 1996 in an area set aside purely for Wildlife conservation. The interior of the lodge is made out of local materials and is well known for its spectacular "open to the bush" design with beautiful views of Kenya.

Il N'gwesi Lodge Game Viewing and Activities
Activities at Il N’gwesi Lodge include visiting the Cultural Boma; guests have an option of exploring the area by foot, or by camel, following the Ngare Ndare River with local guides, which offer a special opportunity to get close to the wildlife. Guests are able to enjoy a game drive and return to their lodge for. Another very popular attraction is the hand reared orphan black rhino, Omni, who was moved to Il N’gwesi from Lewa in May 2002. The habituated baboon troop is another popular attraction. Bush breakfasts and dinners can be arranged for guests.
