Motswiri Camp Introduction
Motswiri Camp is located right on the banks of the Selinda Spillway, which joins the Linyanti Swamps and the Okavango Panhandle. This is a 120 000-acre wonderland of pristine nature, and the best part is that the experience is uninterrupted. The special combination of water and grassland habitat makes this the home to unique species, and Motswiri truly caters for a variety of guest interests with a host of fun and adventurous activities. Lodge life is sublimely simple and comfortable with good home cooking and stylish tented safari suites built along the Spillway with views that stretch across the floodplain.

Motswiri Camp Game Viewing and Activities
Motswiri has exclusive access to the great 120 000-acre conservancy in which it is located, and there are numerous ways to explore the wilderness. The seasonal presence of water means that mokoro, canoeing, and fishing excursions are on offer for part of the year. As is an exciting and novel fly-camping experience, which takes guests upriver for an overnight camping, fishing, canoeing, and walking experience (must be booked in advance.)
Large herbivores like sable, roan, buffalo, elephant, and hippo are present in this special area of Botswana’s natural wilderness, while Motswiri offers the rare opportunity to see African wild dogs and cheetahs (two of Africa’s most endangered predators) thriving in this habitat. Game drives are a part of the safari excitement all year round as guests at Motswiri get to enjoy exclusive access to the conservancy. Walking safaris, special sundowners, bush dining experiences, and fantastic horse riding activities are also part of the experience.
