Kwetsani Camp
Kwetsani Camp is a luxury safari camp located in the Jao Concession of the Okavango Delta. The camp overlooks a beautiful floodplain. Guests are often treated to wonderful game viewing from the comfort of their decks as wildlife roams freely in front of camp.
Kwetsani Camp Introduction
Located in the centre of the Jao Concession, Kwetsani Camp is situated on an elongated island covered with palm, mangosteen and fig trees. The surrounding floodplains are home to a number of “Delta specials” – species that are found in few other places on Earth. Some of these may even be seen from the privacy of one of our five “tree-house” chalets, beautifully furnished en-suite units made of thatch, wood, glass and canvas.
The raised dining room, lounge and bar area, from where sweeping vistas of the surrounding floodplains stretch to the horizon, often catches the gentle breeze blowing across the waving reeds. A walkway leads to a plunge pool with loungers for those seeking cooler refuge.
- Situated in a private reserve on a remote island, guests have access to open floodplains and savannah for a wonderful Okavango experience.
