Mmatsebe Tented Camp is located in the popular game rich area of Khwai, which shares borders with Chobe National Park, Savuti and Moremi Game Reserves. Mmatsebe Tented Camp has easy access to these renowned game areas in Northern Botswana. Daily guided game drives are the main activity on offer at Mmatsebe. A modest breakfast will be served before to the early morning game drive, just enough to keep you going without taking up too much of the golden hour of early morning, which is one of the greatest times of day to watch animals. As the warmth rises, many of them will seek shelter before resuming activity in the late afternoon. You will return to the camp for lunch after spending the morning exploring the nearby environment in quest of Botswana's hidden treasures. We urge that you, like the animals, retire to avoid the midday heat. This is your chance to catch up on your reading, write in your notebook about your adventures, or take a siesta - or all three! Later in the afternoon, you'll return to the forest as the animals resume feeding and drinking. As the sun sets, marvel in the pure majesty of an African sunset and celebrate the magnificence of Nature. This is best done with the classic sundowner: a G&T. The perfect way to spend a day amongst nature.
