Goliath Tented Camp Game Viewing and Activities
All walks, game drives and daily canoeing trips are personally guided by Stretch Ferreira, one of Africa's most renowned guides. He has operated in Mana Pools for three decades and his knowledge of and interaction with the animals of the park is legendary. There are no set routines in camp and each day is planned according to the guests’ wishes. Most days typically begin with tea and coffee, rusks and porridge around the fire at sunrise before leaving for the morning's walk with Stretch. This will vary in time and distance depending on the animals around. It may involve tracking lions or the wild-dog, sitting with an elephant bull , following a herd of buffalo, or all of the above. Guests enjoy game viewing or birdwatching out int the veld and return for a late morning full English breakfast/brunch. After an afternoon rest and a light lunch, guests will be briefed on the afternoon's exciting activities.
