Kudu Lodge Game Viewing and Activities
Qualified and experienced guides will accompany guests on all game activities and guests can expect to see the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, rhino and buffalo) in their natural surroundings. Apart from the Big Five, Welgevonden is home to kudu, giraffe, zebra, warthog and the rare roan antelope, amongst others. For the bird lovers there are over 300 species that occur in this diverse and magnificent 36 000 hectares of bushveld. Morning game drives are unique with the beauty of the rising African sun, and evening/nights drives are a highlight with the mysterious nightlife viewed by spotlight. For the more adventurous guests, guided bush walks are available and recommended.
