Elephant Plains Game Lodge Game Viewing and Activities
The area is typical African savannah, famous for the Big 5; Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo, Lion and Leopard can be seen. Rare species such as the endangered wild dog and cheetah are also seen on a regular basis. A large variety of antelope, birds and reptiles can be found. Activities include early morning and late afternoon game drives as well as guided bush walks every day after breakfast. The highlight for visitors in this area is the opportunity of experiencing close encounters with wildlife from the safety of an open 4x4 vehicle. All game activities are accompanied by professional and experienced game rangers and a local Shangaan tracker.
