Toro Yaka Bush Lodge Game Viewing and Activities
Activities at Toro Yaka Bush Lodge include morning bush walks, early morning and late afternoon game drives as well as bird-watching. All wildlife activities are lead by Steve Baillie, the owner, who is a professional and qualified guide with 14 years experience. Bird watching is rewarding, with over 350 species recorded in and around the area. Sundowners, whether on game drives or at Toro Yaka Bush Lodge is always a special occasion. Bush picnics and Bush dinners can be arranged on request. Balule Game Reserve is within 1-hour drive from either the Orpen or Phalaborwa gate into Kruger National Park. For the more adventurous guests, there is White water rafting in the Blyde Canyon, Abseiling, Hike up to the Mariepskop Rain forest, a Hot air balloon ride or a Horseback safari.
