Lewa Sirikoi Lodge is a high quality tented camp set in a shady acacia tortilis grove overlooking a waterhole. The camp is owned and usually hosted by locals Willie and Sue Roberts and their mainly Maasai staff.

All food at Lewa Sirikoi Lodge is organic and full board, including soft drinks, beer, house wines and bottled water with meals. Lewa Sirikoi Lodge is run from solar energy, has its own extensive organic vegetable and fruit garden, free range chickens and dairy and a crystal clear mountain spring providing the entire lodge's water. The organic garden supplies the lodge with fresh daily produce. A huge selection of vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers grow within the garden, including bananas, tree tomatoes, avocadoes, lemongrass and lilies. The lodge is soon to have a wetland area for naturally purifying kitchen and laundry water, and a methane plant where animal bi products is used to cook the staff food and heat their water.

Lewa Sirikoi Lodge Game Viewing and Activities
Activities at Lewa Sirikoi Lodge include horseback riding, camel rides, fly camping in the northern Kenya for a night or two, tracking lions; for research information such as social structure, territory and feeding ecology; fishing at Lake Alice and Lake Michelson within neighbouring of Mount Kenya National Park, helicopter trips circling Mount Kenya and trips to the flamingo lakes in the Great Rift Valley, a visit to the Maasai Homesteads where guests learn first-hand about the local customs culture and daily lives of the Maasai.
Lewa Sirikoi Lodge Description
Lewa Sirikoi Camp has 4 luxury tented rooms. Each of the rooms has views of the waterhole from the veranda, a living area with a fireplace and an elegant bathroom with a Victorian bath and a shower. Two additional new luxury tents have recently been built and also have great views of the waterhole and surrounding bush. An elegant thatched dining area with open log fires and a large deck area with a superb outlook are provided to guests as well. An 18m pool is the perfect spot to take a dip on a warm day or to watch game and birdlife. A secluded two bedroom house, made from wood, thatch and stone and with a large deck area is situated in a private corner of the camp near the wetlands where elephant and buffalo are regular visitors. The lodge also has a 20ft hide, which is a great spot for viewing the diverse landscape, having sundowners and stargazing.
