Lake Nakuru Tented Camp is a small and intimate bush camp located within the Lake Nakuru National Park on a special site designated by the Kenya Wildlife Service for use by a genuine mobile camp having no permanent structure or use of concrete. The camp is located on the bed of the Rift Valley, 160 kilometers Northwest of Nairobi. Naishi Airstrip is the closest landing strip from the lodge. Staying in a small safari camp offers a more authentic safari experience for visitors to the Lake Nakuru National Park as an alternative to the large mass-market tourist lodges. Lake Nakuru Tented Camp operates from December to March and from July to October.

Lake Nakuru Tented Camp Game Viewing and Activities
Game drives are conducted along the Nakuru Lake shore where guests will see the massed concentration of flamingos, which is an incredible scene depicting a pink blanket covering the lake surface. Guides will also take guests along the cliffs of the Rift Valley, which produce spectacular views of the lake below. In addition, this superb National Park offers guests the opportunity to explore the unusual forested area and to see the wide range of wildlife, which includes lions, leopards, both black rhino and white rhino, the endangered Rothschild giraffe, Cape buffalo, zebra, waterbuck, impala and a huge variety of birds.
