Lake Elementeita Serena Camp Game Viewing and Activities
Lake Elementeita Serena Camp is located in Soysambu Wildlife Conservancy, known as an important wetland internationally. The wetland is known as the only East African nesting area for the great white pelicans, as well as a food source for flocks of flamingos and other waterfowl. It is known that the conservancy protects over 450 bird species and 15 000 wildlife animals. Rothschild giraffes have made the area their breeding home and other species such as eland, dik-diks and klipspringers can be seen too. Guests are taken on morning and evening game drives where they encounter the various wildlife animals and plant species. Evening game drives are spectacular, as guests get the opportunity to sight nocturnal animals including aardvark and the shy leopard. Enjoy a delicious bush dinner under the African stars and enjoy a sundowner drink as the sun sets.
