4 Rivers Camp
This new camp, 4 Rivers, which debuts in June 2023, is something we are eager to share. This untamed wilderness, which can be found in a prime location on the well-known Kwara Reserve, is remote and wild, and it is home to an incredible array of plants, animals, and cats. This huge uncharted region exudes mystery and evokes memories of the period of exploration thanks to the convergence of streams, wide grasslands, forested islands, and Mopane woodlands. It is situated on the second-largest private reserve in Botswana (only the Kwando Private Reserve is larger), borders the Moremi Game Reserve, and aids in offering sanctuary to the profusion of wildlife that freely travels from the Kwara Reserve to Moremi and back.
The lodge is just a 15-minute drive from its own private airstrip and is the only safari camp in the area. A camp that pays homage to a traditional, yet exclusive, old world safari culture offers a wide range of activities, including game drives, night drives, walking, and seasonal mokoros. 4 Rivers is tucked away in an old forest and has a permanent view of Maboa Island across a small lagoon. The camp contains nine huge meru tents, one of which is a family room, all of which are perched on elevated wooden decks. All of the tents will have both indoor and outdoor showers, and we accept kids as young as six. There will also be private game drive cars available. There will be a bar, a dining room, a curio shop, and a number of smaller lounge rooms in the main communal area where you can relax and take in the tranquilly of the Delta. The greatest environmental standards will be followed since the camp is entirely powered by solar energy.
