The Emakoko
The Emakoko is a boutique lodge located on the outskirts of the Nairobi National Park. It is a 45-minute journey from either of Nairobi's airports. The journey through the park, with its stunning scenery and plenty of plains wildlife, is an excellent way to begin any East African safari. What better way to begin a vacation than by supporting the conservation of this unique environment, particularly the endangered Black Rhino that abounds in this park.
The offering is naturally unique, with only 10 safari suites and 1 exclusive-use safari villa. All of the rooms are designed for maximum comfort and solitude, with luxury beds, mosquito nets, private verandas, and fireplaces. There is no better way to start the day than in our pure cotton linen, listening to the distant roar of lions. The Emakoko has ten luxury suites, five of which are located along the cliff edge and five closer to the river and main lodge area below. While our Cliff Suites offer spectacular views of the surrounding landscapes, our River Suites are a more comfortable option due to their easy access. The Private House is Emakoko's most premium accommodation option, ideal for extended stays and travel groups of four. The Private House, located somewhat off course from our suites and main lodge, provides complete isolation from our other guests, complete with its own swimming pool and dedicated game vehicle.
