Indulge in our delicious cuisine infused with organic ingredients and prepared by expert chefs - fish and seafood from the bay of Diego Suarez and Cap d’Ambre in the extreme north of Madagascar. European cuisine is also lovingly prepared; a menu for those who favour Italian pasta, grilled meats, as well as, local specialities. Guests are invited to visit Ankarana National Park, which is home of 13 species of bats, 10 species of Lemurs and 92 species of birds. The specific fauna, adapted to the life caves, gives to Ankarana its specific character. Rare and endemic birds call this reserve home, as does the fossa - the unique predator of the species of the family of Felidae in Madagascar. For a beachfront extravaganza, there is the option to spend a few days at Ramena Beach, which has beautiful baobabs, lemurs, tortoises and some historical forts. As if there is not enough to keep one busy, there is also the pure majesty of the Emerald Sea, which is an immense emerald coloured lagoon. It is shallow enough to allow divers to swim in a natural, dream-like aquarium in the company of fish of all shapes and sizes, with different colours coming to meet the visitor.
