The herds of wildebeest, zebra and Thomsons gazelle generally move in a clockwise direction throughout the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem - a movement for which this safari has been designed to follow. Guests arrive for an affordable, yet luxurious adventure in the capital of Tanzania, Arusha. One night at Onsea House starts off the migration safari, after which guests set off for Maramboi Tented Camp on the border between Lake Manyara and Tarangire National Parks. Two nights camping in style and a day trip in the Tarangire provide an exceptional start to the safari. Next is the Ngorongoro Crater, which is a recognised wildlife paradise and holds the densest population of lions in Africa. Ngorongoro Farm House is a functioning farm, accommodating guests in a warm and welcoming environment without sparing on the view, as it overlooks the Oldeani Volcano. After 2 nights here guests move onto the renowned predator prideland - the Serengeti National Park. Finishing up with 3 nights in this famous National Park will guarantee guests' complete migration safari.

Days 1 to 2 - Onsea House , Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport, you will be met by your safari guide and transferred to Onsea House. Located in a rural setting, about a 15-minute drive from Arusha and around 30 minutes from Kilimanjaro, this is the perfect venue from which to begin this fantastic Tanzania safari.
Onsea House has a great atmosphere that comforts guests in a relaxed and personal environment. African and European styles blend to create a simple, yet sophisticated design that makes Onsea House an understated luxury accommodation option. The dining at Onsea House has received much praise and has become a hotspot for travellers and locals alike. The chef has experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant, which is a quality he brings to the House kitchen. Flavours and techniques from France and Belgium combine beautifully with local, Tanzanian flair to offer guests a unique and memorable eating experience.
Days 2 to 4 - Maramboi Tented Camp , Lake Manyara National Park
After one night in Arusha, guests will be transferred from Onsea House to Maramboi Tented Camp, where they will be spending the next two nights. Along the way, guests will enjoy a game drive in the Tarangire National Park, which takes part in the route to Maramboi. This passing glimpse of the park will later be followed up with a full day excursion, during which guests can fully appreciate the Tarangire.
Maramboi Tented Camp is situated at the location of many famous archeological sites, where an area of 25,000 hectares has been set a side for conservation by the local Maasai community. An impressive landscape from the Rift Valley gives guests an amazing, natural welcome to an area extraordinarily rich in wildlife. The camp offers stunning views of the Manyara National Park, Rift Valley, Ngorongoro Highlands and on clear days, even Oldonyo Lengai - a sacred mountain to the Maasai.
Days 4 to 6 - Ngorongoro Farm House , Ngorongoro Crater
On the fourth morning guests will be transferred from Maramboi Tented Camp to Ngorongoro Farm House, where they will be spending the following two nights. Again, the drive to the next lodge is exceptional; this time taking guests on a scenic route through the Lake Manyara National Park.
Ngorongoro Farm House is a small, exclusive lodge facing the Oldeani Volcano. It nestles in a 500 acre coffee farm, located just 4km from the Lolduare entrance to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Set in 750 acres of private farmland, it is comfortable, well laid out and has some lovely views across the farm and across to Oldeani Volcano. It is a privileged place to visit the Crater or enjoy activities like a walking safari to the adjacent forest leading to the Oldeani Volcano. On day 5, an early departure after breakfast will take guests to the floor of Ngorongoro Crater to experience this World Heritage Site, "Africa's Garden of Eden".
Day 6 to 9 - Serengeti Mara Camp , Serengeti National Park
This morning guests are transferred from Ngorongoro Farm House to Lake Manyara Airstrip, where they connect with onward flights to Kogatende Airstrip. Upon arrival guests will be collected by their guide who will take them to Serengeti Mara Camp where they will spend the following three days game viewing in the Serengeti National Park.
Serengeti Mara Camp has 6 large canvas tents, each with a veranda in front of the tent for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding scenery. The ensuite bathrooms have bucket showers for which water is hand delivered to guests' rooms. The dining and lounge area are situated in one large tent which also has a well stocked library of reference books. Breakfast can be taken at the dining tent or by the river, which provides creates a unique 'safari' ambience. Sleeping under canvas beneath the enormous starlit Lamai night sky is guaranteed to be truly special experience.
Day 9 - Depart back to Kilimanjaro airport
Today guests are transferred from Serengeti Mara Camp to Kogatende Airstrip, where they will connect with independent onward flights to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
