Days 1- 4 Jaguar House Boat, Rio de Janeiro
Rio is without a doubt one of the world’s most spectacular metropolises. Stretched between stunning mountains and the sparkling Atlantic, it is a city of long golden beaches and an exuberant cultural life. Here you stay at the Mirasol Hotel, located in the heart of the world famous Cococabana just one block from the beach. Enjoy their rooftop pool with views across the ocean, mountains and city skyline.
On the second day take a full day city tour to visit the main sights including a visit to the Sugar Loaf and Corcovado mountain with the famous Christ statue.
And use the third day at your leisure to enjoy all that this incredible city has to offer
Days 4 - 6 Viale Catarata, Iguassú
Flight to Iguassú. The Iguassu falls are made up of 275 separate waterfalls, producing vast sprays of water, it is one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. In the afternoon visit the Brazilian side of the falls with views of the full scale of the cascades.
After a relaxing evening the conveniently located Viale Catarata enjoy a half day visit to Iguassu National Park (Argentina), including the Devil’s Throat with the highest continuous fall. Wonderful sights include rainbows straddling clouds of spray, screeching green parrots flying across the waters and colourful butterflies hovering over lush greenery.
Days 6 – 9 Amazon Ecopark Lodge, Manaus
Flight to Manaus. Transfer to the pier to start your unforgettable Amazon Ecopark Lodge experience, in the thick of the Amazon Jungle!
Here you will enjoy guided walks, canoeing and boat trips to explore the variety of wildlife and the incredible rainforest vegetation of the Amazon region. A highlight is an outing to the legendary Meeting of the waters.
Days 9 – 11 Golden Tulip Rio Vermelho, Salvador da Bahia
After breakfast transfer to the airport. En route explore Manus on a city tour. Then flight to Salvador da Bahia. Brazils capital of happiness is famous for its cuisine, music and architecture. Stay at the Golden Tulip Rio Vermelho Hotel which is centrally situated and offers beautiful ocean and city views. On day ten enjoy a half day city tour through Salvador, visiting the modern suburb of Barra with its famous lighthouse and the beautiful historical part of town.
The rest of your time is at your leisure, unwind by the pool, stroll through the picturesque lanes or laze on the golden beaches.
Day 11 Salvador da Bahia
After breakfast, transfer to the airport where this tour ends for outward flight or extension
