Figtree Lodge Game Viewing and Activities
Figtree Lodge is located within Tala Private Game Reserve, which provides a beautiful setting to the lodge. Marula Education Centre, located in the area, provides a number of activities for kids. Activities include an overnight African Bush Camp excursion, day and night game drives and wild bird ringing with Ornithologist; Dr. Barry Taylor. Game Drives are taken in Tala Rand Rivers with qualified and knowledgeable field guides. Guests get to see and learn about animals, plants and the eco-systems of Tala Game Reserve. Other activities include abseiling and rock climbing, swimming in the river, rock jumping and bass fishing.
