It is a four-tiered structure, craftily designed and brimming with architectural appeal. Five kilometres away from the nearest lodge, nestled in the natural vegetation and peeping out above the trees, this treehouse has both views and privacy.

- Four levels: ground floor kitchenette with breakfast and snack items, and a mini fridge; second floor bathroom complete with shower and views; third floor enclosed, weather-proof bedroom with all-round glass walls; top floor sleeping platform and viewing deck.
- Guests can sleep out under the stars on the top floor on a clear night or keep cosy under luxurious, quality bedding in the bedroom below in cooler weather.

A night out in the Ngala Treehouse is an activity in itself, but guests will have access to all the regular safari activities in the Ngala Reserve. Part of the Greater Kruger, it is open to the Kruger National Park and is home to the Big Five among South Africa’s many special safari species. Looking down from the elevated viewing deck of the treehouse, guests have the chance to watch elephant, giraffe, zebra, lion, warthog, buffalo, hyena, and plenty more move around freely in the wilderness. Game drives are part of every morning and afternoon at Ngala Tented Camp and Safari Lodge, while a guided bush walk, private photographic safari, or even a rhino notching experience are available as extra activities.
