KwaMbili specialises in game drives. Daily game drives take place when the predators are most active, which is when the air is cool and the light quite low. Drives depart first thing in the morning and early evening, and take place in open-topped 4x4 vehicles. En route, guests can enjoy both coffee and sundowner stops. Friendly guides have the skill to navigate off-road territory to get up close to predators, and they’re often help by knowledgeable trackers. Thornybush enjoys regular leopard and lion sightings, and with that comes plenty of hyena clan activity. Private drives are not only about game viewing, it’s here that guests will learn interesting facts about the surrounding biome from informative guides. Home to nearly 150 mammals, 114 reptile, and 500 bird species; KwaMbili is perfect for game viewing.
