Campi ya Kanzi is an award winning community project that embraces the principles of eco-tourism and the goal is to help the Maasai in preserving their wildlife and cultural heritage.
Campi ya Kanzi Highlights
Tembo House, the heart of the camp, has a thatched roof and is beautifully constructed with local materials, such as lava rocks and native timber, which is collected in a National Forest where there is a sustainable plantation. Tembo House has a large lounge where guests may enjoy books about Africa, relax with a refreshing drink after their safari, listen to classical music while watching wildlife drinking at the nearby waterhole, and much more.
