Quarters on Avondale offers 11 double rooms and 6 twin rooms, satellite television with remote control, hairdryers, tea and coffee making facilities, air-conditioning (individually controlled), a bath and shower, some rooms have a separate bath and shower, guest amenities, direct dial telephones and a safe. Some rooms offer private patios. The main building consists of a double storey, reception area, a guest lounge and 10 en-suite bedrooms on the two floors. The newly built annex is a single storey set a few metres from the main building and joined by covered walkways. The annex offers 7 en-suite bedrooms tastefully decorated.
