Zannier Omaanda focuses on conservation safaris and sustainable tourism, and runs slightly differently to the standard activity experience synonymous with safari lodges. There are a few excursion options available, but guests can tailor the experience to suit their needs. Conservation drives in open vehicles will showcase the wildlife in the reserve, and guests can observe anything from zebra, giraffe, elephant, to rhino. Leopard do occur in the area, but are incredibly rare to spot. Visitors can also opt to track rhino and elephant on foot, under teh watchful eye of an experienced trails guide and tracker. An absolute highlight of staying at Zannier Omaanda is a visit to the meerkats at sunrise.
