Activities at Fumba Beach Lodge include water sports, the tranquility of the beach, relax on a sunset cruise or explore the secret corners of this fascinating island. The lodge has a dive centre with the latest equipment, run by qualified PADI professionals. Driving trips are done daily on the surrounding reefs which host an array of corals and tropical fish.
A tour to visit the Menai Bay Conservation Area, to look for dolphins is arranged for guests. Go snorkelling on the beautiful sandbanks where experienced snorkelling guides will show guests the pristine coral reef, which teems with tropical sea life.
Guests are taken on a tour to historical, architectural and cultural sites of beautiful Old Stone Town. The narrow winding streets are lined with stores selling local crafts, antiques, jewellery, clothes and spices. The half day tour includes visits to Stone town's many historic sites. Also guests will see Zanzibar's bustling market, winding alleyways, carved and studded doors, two cathedrals and countless mosques.
