The magnificent lagoon in front of The Sands Resort and Spa is ideal for water sports. Water sports available at no extra cost include, glass-bottom boat rides, kayaks, paddleboats, snorkeling, water-skiing, windsurfing and sailing (laser boats). An aqua gym is available in the hotel's swimming pool. Water sports available at an additional cost include, deep sea fishing and scuba diving in the nearby coral reefs as well as Padi diving. A variety of land sports are available including Golf at the nearby 18-hole Tamarina Golf Club.
