Tanzania is an ideal country to combine beach and bush as well as take your family on safari!This 9 night itinerary combines the highlights of the northern Tanzania safari circuit including the Serengeti, home to the annual migration, with the tropical white sand beaches of Zanzibar. Take your family on game drives, walk with the Masaai warriors, learn to track animals, enjoy snorkelling, diving and fishing as a family. Tanzania offers a wonderful backdrop to reconnect as a family whilst witnessing spectacular game viewing sightings and special sunsets.
Starting in Arusha, on the slopes of Mount Meru you will drive onto the Ngorongoro Crater. This is a spectacular volcanic caldera – an imploded volcano that teams with wildlife. From here you will explore the Serengeti, home to the annual migration of Wildebeest and Zebra, and the big cats and other wild life that call Serengeti home all year round. Finish off you adventure on the pristine white sand beaches and warm tropical waters of the traditional tropical island of Zanzibar. This is the ideal place for swimming, snorkelling, diving, relaxing on the beach, sailing on a traditional Dhow trip or wondering around Stone Town! Guests will stay in luxurious lodges and fill the days with a plethora of outdoor activities.

Day 1- Kahawa House, Arusha National Park
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport.Here you are met and then road transferred to Arusha, the safari capital of Tanzania.Tonight is spent at Kahawa House.
Kahawa House is in Arusua and is a great place to overnight after a long international flight. Kahawa House has a swimming pool and comfortable deck for meals. Rooms are comfortable and are all ensuite.
Day 2 to 4 - Tloma Lodge , Ngorongoro Crater
Start the safari and road transfer to the Ngorongoro Highlands.Descent down into the Ngorongoro Crater and spend the rest of the day game driving.You spend 2 nights at Tloma Lodge on a full board basis.
Tloma Lodge is in the foothills of the Ngorongoro Highlands. The colonial style lodge and rooms overlook the gardens and has stunning views across the coffee plantation and the crater walls. The beautiful gardens offer a peaceful and relaxing environment.
Day 4 to 7 - Kati Kati Tented Camp , Serengeti National Park
On the fourth morning, you are transferred by road to the Serengeti National Park and the Serengeti Kati Kati Tented Camp located central region of the park. This luxury tented camp is positioned perfectly so that the surrounding short grass plains provide the setting for the most spectacular natural phenomenon in the continent of Africa; the Annual Wildebeest Migration. If travelling during January and February, guests will be hosted at Ndutu Kati Kati Tented Camp in the south region of the park. Alternatively; guests travelling between the months of July and October will be transferred to Mara Kati Kati Tented Camp in the northern Serengeti. This remote camp offers a peaceful safari experience in the Serengeti National Park. Guests can enjoy off-road driving, magnificent views and the vast Serengeti plains home to lion, leopard, cheetah, elephant and the huge herds of wildebeest as they cross the Mara river during the months of the migration.
Each tent has solar electricity, traditional bucket showers and ensuite facilities. The tents overlook the surrounding savanna.
Day 7 to 10 - Breezes Beach Club , Zanzibar
Time to go to the beach!Road transfer to the nearest airstrip, joining a scheduled light air transfer to Zanzibar.Upon arrival you are met and road transferred to the resort.Spend the next 3 nights relaxing at the Breezes Beach Club on a half board basis. The perfect way to end off your family holiday.
Breezes Beach Club lies on an untouched beach on the South East cost of Zanzibar. Enjoy The pristine beaches and warm Swahili hospitality. Learn to Suba dive, immerse yourself in local culture or just relax on the beach.
Day 10 - Transfer to Zanzibar Airport
This morning you return by road to the Zanzibar Airport and then fly by scheduled light air transfer to Dar es Salaam.
